A gem hotel inside the winding roads of old Hanoi. Located conveniently to so many attractions but still ensuring a relatively quiet stay despite us being on 2nd floor. The breakfast was amazing. The hot food changed every day and the lemongrass tea! (I’m inspired to make it on my own). The staff from every step from the lobby to luggage assistance to the breakfast to the wonderful cleaning ladies are all angels and super helpful. I appreciate the treatment we received in my first trip to Vietnam and hope to be back soon.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and local charm. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One night, when we were headed out for a late dinner, a staff member even walked us all the way to the restaurant—such a thoughtful touch! The food suggestions provided by the staff were spot-on, and every meal we had was delicious. I also have to mention the coffee class the hotel organized—it was an unforgettable experience that added a unique local flavor to our trip. Overall, I highly recommend Oriental Jade Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. It's an exceptional place to stay with outstanding service and experiences!

Excellent hotel,They have everything you name it. Testy breakfast, nice fitness facilities. Room is very high tech nice bathroom. I gave this hotel 10 out of 10 score.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect, the room was perfect and the hotel was very clean and kept. Would highly recommend.

Room smelled and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Lights in the hallway were turned off, so I had to use cell flashlight to find elevator and my room.
