"checkin was person cojld use some custumer service skill, a bit rude for my taste. at 8pm a water pipe broke near our room and they were working on trying to stop the water. at 9:30pm we went to front desk to ask we wanted to change room due to noise of the repair. they told us to come back at 11:30pm, not acceptable to us. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel had great facilities, wonderful staff and we will certainly be back. We treated ourselves to a Junior Suite which was very roomy, spacious, clean and comfortable and the double balcony was lovely. The bed was huge and comfy and the free mini-bar was a nice touch. The only negative that we have about the hotel was the lifts which quite frankly were awful and unreliable but this was just a small frustration in the whole scheme of things."
