"This is an older property but has a lot going for it! (We had low expectations due to some of the reviews) but were actually pleasantly surprised. Hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants. It’s quiet and yeh rooms are comfy and spacious ( if a little dated) but extremely clean really comfortable beds. Good shower and bathrooms too) there is a mini fridge and a hairdryer and you can also get beach towels at reception for a €10 euro deposit....

Exe Las Palmas
4.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (765)

The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. Breakfast is good, with a variety of meats,...

AC Hotel Gran Canaria by Marriott
4.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (923)
"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."
