"Our hotel room was comfortable and clean. We had a kitchen with full size frig, stove, microwave and sink. Hotel supplied bottled water which was a nice bonus although the tap water was fine. Sleeping area had AC and plenty of storage area. Bathroom had a shower. All rooms had ceiling fans. TVs had a large variety of channels in several languages. Pool was large and at a refreshing temp. "We booked 4 days during the Christmas week, 2024. We really enjoyed the apartment. We imagined "living there" it was so cute and comfortable and pretty. You are across the street from the beach. Restaurants and shops are not only downstairs but the property is also close to so much more! Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit so we didnt get a chance to use the pool however, we did tour the pool area and it is layed out nicely and appeared very clean. "Beautifully located with fantastic beach and view of the mountains. Easy walk into the ocean. Unfortunately, communication with the staff is very limited (no English) and there is always a wait time to get your drinks. Staff is notoriously late serving up the food. Room service is not good , barely warm food and over hour and a half wait time. Private pools by bungalows are cold. Very nice semi private bar and seating area between bungalows. An OK resort experience, but far cry from Secrets...
