I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

If you are traveling to Madrid we will highly recommend this place. It is true European hospitality with smiles all around. Very clean, rooms are great, service is amazing, breakfast is full of options and the staff ready to help and serve. We walked everywhere from the hotel and taxi always available in front of the hotel if you need one. BTW what we learned is ride sharing and taxi costs in Spain are the same, so take the taxi. Not to mention the price of this hotel is very reasonable compared to others. We stayed for a week
