"The house is half way up a mountain with a spectacular view. I liked to spend time sitting on the balcony outside my bedroom looking down into the valley. The view includes the Lauerzersee and Zugersee lakes with the towns, villages, roads and railways around them. Surrounding this are green hills and mountains all around (in October). "The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "
