"Very nice property, the staff are very nice and friendly. The only issue was they don't assign the room according to the booking. I booked standard Seaview 1 BR apartment, they assigned handicap unit. The apartment layouts are not the same, so beware what you are booking and will be assigned. "

"We did not get to stay at the property , I have no idea how this happened I wanted to book for St. Pierre the island of Nfld you can imagine my disappointment when after 2 hours looking & no one to help us a delivery man figured it out I changed my booking after being told there was no ferry on Monday & thought all was good I could not call hotel as we had no phones with us as we were out of the country so we lost out.."

"Staff were nice, the hotel is basically at the top of a very steep hill and my room was even higher, parking is close if you're lucky. The food is good and the pool is good, the room was very spacious, good air con but I had to hunt for a power outlet. The bathroom was cleanish but rough, shower didn't work, bath was worn. Seen some Insects but it's that kind of country. "

"It's a relative big 3 star hotels. The room is very small an no lift in the building, but it is value for money. The hotel also comes with a pool and has lots of parking spaces. Not much restaurants around. Burger King and a big supermarket is not far from the hotel."

The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. "Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities.
