As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. "This would have been a 5-star review except for one thing. Their internet is awful. To say it's spotty would be a complement. When it does connect, it frequently drops in and out requiring near constant sign-ins. This is not good for travelers who rely on the web for travel info. It forces you to choose roaming on your phone which can be very expensive. Nice room, great location and restaurant. Too bad about the internet issues."

"Exquisitely clean hotel in the center of Montpellier. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke French and English. They even found some clothing I left behind and called when it was found. Free parking in the hotel lot. Tricky location to find because of Montpellier’s many one-way and circuitous streets. Some street noise from college students on a weekend night, but the hotel itself was very quiet. An excellent stay."

"Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!"
