"This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great. "

"The property is beautiful with a great location and we had an incredible view. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded us and wrote a lovely note. The only thing we didn't love was they charged for the spa and there wasn't any hot water when we tried to fill the bath. We would definitely return and still highly recommend it. "

"The location to the Old Town part of ANNECY is the best! It's at the top of a hill right above all the restaurants and shops. The room we had was cute and quaint. Be careful of the steep stairs though. The staff were fairly nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
