"We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location right by the marina, near restaurants and shops. The place was very modern, spacious, and clean. The attendant working at the front desk was very hospitable and did a great job at recommending places to see and visit during our stay. I would recommend this property to friends visiting Cannes. "

"When we arrived, we were greeted by two staff members and their feline mascot—because what's a hotel without a house cat, right? "Aside from one rude attendant. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Exterior entry’s and lobby very clean. The exterior of the building may require a facelift. It’s showing its age. Location was good. The beach restaurant doesn’t look like the photographs and charge for day beds even if you are staying at the hotel. "

"Great place to stay for a visit in Cannes. It’s walkable to the train station, shopping, dining, and the beach. I was very fond of the decor celebrating the film industry and my room had a spectacular view of the courtyard garden with a large window to take it all in. I would stay here again if I return to Cannes. "

"Right in the heart of Cannes! Close to the market with lots of shopping. Waterfront was within walking distance. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the room. Breakfast was offered (for a price), but we chose to walk to the market and experience the morning hustle. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cannes."
