Unwilling to accomodate breakfast earlier than 8am on Saturday but found that this could be done when another (and clearly more important )guest asked. Reasonable kitchen but rather overpriced. Everything was extra including bottled water in room but no tea/coffee making facilties"

"Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."

"This IS NOT a hotel... when I arrived at 10:00 PM, it was completely dark including the signage. Not a single person was in sight. Nobody answered the phone. No staff was on property. The door was locked. I called the next day and Me Engle told me I had to check in by 9:00 to get a code which give you access to a key box. I strongly suggest that you remove them from your website.
