"Toen we aankwamen zagen we dat slecht 2 bedden opgemaakt waren ipv 3. Waarvoor we nochtans geboekt hadden. We hebben dit gemeld en er is iemand het 3de bed komen dekken. We kregen te horen dat de 'chalet' normaal niet aan 3 volwassen personen mocht verhuurd worden. Er was ook zeer weinig plaats om in het tweepersoonsbed te geraken enkel op uw zij kon dit gebeuren. De kamer die dienst moest doen als 2de slaapplaats was meer een stapelplaats dan slaapkamer. Er waren nergens kasten om onze...

"Wir haben das Chalet mit zwei Erwachsenen bewohnt. Die Größe des Häuschens war hierfür ok. Bei voller Belegung mit 5 Personen dürfte es sehr eng werden. Der Check-In sollte lt. Beschreibung zwischen 15 und 17Uhr stattfinden. Wir reisten um 15.30 Uhr an und mussten dennoch 1,5 Stunden auf die Schlüsselübergabe warten weil unsere Unterkunft noch nicht gereinigt war. Da es auf dem Gelände oder im Rezeptionsbereich keine Sitzmöglichkeiten gab, haben wir folglich die ganze Zeit draußen rumgestanden....
