"The staff was fantastic, the spa and sauna was very nice, and the bartender was accommodating for us. The cleaning staff was good and receptive. We did have a minor issue with the plumbing in the bathroom and we were quickly moved to another room, but that went smoothly."

"The hotel is convenient because of the pickup drop off for tours location. I loved the view from the Tower. The breakfast had a good variety of food. We were able to find shortcuts to the main road in the city and it was definately walkable."
