I got my notification about check-in at 19:55, after hotels.com had worked for an hour and a half first to get through to the place (unsuccessfully), then to find me somewhere else to stay. "Beautiful large property and grounds. Definitely surprised to find out that it’s only accessible by ferry! No cars on the island. A beautiful shuttle drive from the ferry landing to the hotel. There is no peaceful view of the water from the hotel, as pictured. In it’s prime it was quite the destination."
