"Outside areas, terrace and small garden, had table and chairs and picnic table and were very nice. The charming village was very quiet except when the church bells tolled many times at 7:00 and 19:00. The kitchen lacked some cooking utensils (notably a spatula and cutting board) making it awkward to cook, but otherwise had everything you need. "The house is large with 4 big rooms and wonderful open plan kitchen diner. The view is spectacular and very relaxing. We were close to shops and sightseeing places like Sarlat, Rocamadour etc. As it was hot, it was lovely to have the pool to cool off. All in all a fantastic place. "

"Fantastic 2 weeks in a lovely house, glorious outside area including super-pool. Great location for lots of trips out with the kids, including canoeing, aquapark, pedalo, zoo, caves, tree climbing and of course the local château’s. "

"A magnificent old house, ideally situated close to Sarlat . Excellent pool and BBQ facility. The bedrooms were perfect for our large family of 13 , plus 2 very well behaved dogs . Extensive grounds for early morning walks and the tennis court was used by the more overly active family members. We did have a few issues but these were sorted by Pierre, the manager, who also organised for a local chef to cook all of us an evening meal which was excellent !! "We enjoyed our stay here.There was everything we needed.There were a couple of areas that required attention, but that didn't spoil our stay. The steps to the bedroom area are quite steep. The entrance to the pool area could do with a little maintenance. The owners provide a coffee maker, but you don't know what pods to buy until you arrive. The only way to boil waterwas on the stove, so a kettle would have been useful to make a cup of tea, or chocolate."
