The staff is incredible The manager Enginis great- he knows all guests and can arrange anything for your stay. "The location is very good, walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia in less than 10 minutes. It is also closed to the tram station. Many restaurants next to the hotel, but they server almost all the same foods. Property is good. Room is on the small size for standard room. The shampoo dispenser is broken and they did not fix it after I told them for the 4 days that I stayed there. The AC does not seem to be that cool. Overall, it is OK but have room for improvements."
