"This is a gorgeous historic place, over 200 years old, fixed up meticulously. The room had a magnificent fireplace, and tasteful antiques transporting you back in time. "This is the fourth time staying here and each time is amazing! Check in and check out is a breeze and done via email or text. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable, and the property is close to everything downtown with a short walk. The shops are awesome and the Asylum next door has great food and drinks! Most places are closed downtown on Sundays or have short hours, but there is still a lot to do. The Lost World Caverns and the Hawk Knob are a 10 minute drive away! 10/10 recommend...

So i called the Hotel and they said they would gladly return my money, but expedia would not let them. So Hotel staff was amazing. "I originally booked the cottage for my husband and me but he had a death in the family and couldn’t come. I took a good book with me and mostly relaxed. The cottage is well appointed with everything you need. It also has wonderful curb appeal and dedicated parking.
