"Visiting with friends from the USA for the festival. Excellent location - very accessible for everything, with shops and cafes close by and a lovely, well appointed property. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quality bed linens, nice bathroom facilities and a well stocked kitchen. "We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean. It is within a 15 minute walk to most Edinburgh attractions, with a bus stop right outside the door, and a small grocery across the street. There is also a small grassy, fenced backyard which is a nice plus. One note for Americans, there is no dryer which seems standard in the UK. There were plenty of drying...
