The Space:
Nestled amidst the rustic charm of Limerick, Moon Shadow by Tiny Away perches proudly atop a hill, boasting stunning panoramic views of the dams, surrounded by lush native greenery and occasional wildlife sightings.
Conveniently situated just an hour's drive away from Goulburn, and the dynamic capital city of Australia, Canberra. What's more, the tiny home is not far from the quiet town of Crookwell, the inviting allure of Belmore Park, the meandering beauty of Goulburn River, and the delightful ambiance of Goulburn Cafe.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and farmland area with the land host's prior permission. We would also like to ask guests to stay clear of restricted areas including the machinery paddock and workshop area.
- Firewood is available by prior request
- Body massage available at extra cost $60 per person per hour at the barn
- Fishing rod, yoga mat, gold pan & gear are available to use.
All pre-orders and activities must be pre-arranged with the land host 48 hrs before arrival. Please note that we do not accept last-minute or over-hour changes for requests. Thank you.

- Pejar Dam is ideal for picnics, bird watching, fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, and other activities.
- Crookwell town is a popular weekend destination for its coffee shops, countryside views, and alpaca farm experience.
- Crookwell Festival is an annual festival held in March that features outstanding country music performed by well-known artists.
- Laggan Hotel has a fantastic pub that serves a local and wonderful assortment of meals and beverages; bookings are required for Friday/Saturday nights.
- Goulburn River is a picturesque river winding through Goulburn, offering scenic views and recreational opportunities like fishing and birdwatching.

Getting Around:
By car:
- 1/12 hrs drive from Bathurst
- 45 mins drive from Goulburn
- 3 hrs from the capital city of NSW, Sydney
- 1 1/2 hrs drive from the nearby city, Canberra
By public transport: A bus to Crookwell but only 2 per day, which is best to arrange pick up from (or to) Goulburn with land host 24 hrs in advance

- No smoking allowed on the property
- Firewood is available by prior request

- We have 4 dogs and 3 cats on the property
- Telstra, Optus & Vodafone have weak signal
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We also have horses, alpacas, and 4 sheep on the farmland
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Please do not flush sanitary or any other waste except the toilet paper provided. Bags are provided for the disposal of these items
Farm guidelines
- Please expect free-roaming animals and noise during your stay with us
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Always remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
