"This was our second year staying at the Old Farmhouse. It was just as wonderful as last year! Property is well maintained, clean, and has everything that you need. Our family of six enjoyed helping with the farm chores, talking with Farmer Walton (such an interesting and kind man), roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, petting sweet Piper and Penelope, and generally just relaxing and being together. "Myself and three buddies spent a long weekend in the side of the hill. Everything we needed was there. House was clean and well appointed. Great fire pit though wood didn’t appear to be provided. A little issue locating property as GPS took me through a gated neighborhood. Once in the neighborhood I was being directed 1.5 miles down a Forrest road only to reach a gate. Avoid access through the Blue Ridge Club. Our stay was overall great!"

"We have stayed in Sugar Mtn countless times over the decades, both in houses and condos, and we thoroughly enjoyed this round house. It was clean and well-stocked and having two toilets upstairs was nice. My husband and I (in our 60's) stayed in the basement in the bunk beds, a first, and we have never experienced a spiral staircase like that! For anyone very overweight or with bad knees, I would suggest you enter that room using the outside stairs from the deck and avoid the staircase. Despite...
