HF Fénix Lisboa
The only problem was the room air conditioning that did not work well. Even though we report it several times it never worked.

InterContinental Lisbon by IHG
The InterContinental was elegant and the room spacious and beautiful. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. (I just wish the electrical and bath controls were intuitive and not complicated.)
