"From check in to check out, the service at HM was impeccable. The Front desk team, particularly Marcus and his phenomenal knowledge of HM's history, was incredibly educational and entertaining. Thanks to Marcus and his knowledge, we learnt so much about the history of HM and it made our experience so much more endearing. Every team member assisted us with our enquiries regardless of their allocated/designated work areas (Theresa!) and the rooms and facilities are sinply breathtaking. Thank you Marcus and the entire HM team for making our stay so much more memorable and one we will never forget. "The house was really clean and comfortable for my young family. The house was nice and warm so everyone was really comfortable at night which was a priority for the time of the year we travelled and with young children. Location was perfect and really easy to get around. "

"Great location. Although premises was previously the Royal exchange hotel inside has been completely remodelled to a spacious and modern Apartment.Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone staying in the heart of Lithgow. "

"Rooms set up with refrigerator, hot pot, coffee cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, instant coffee, teas, creamers and a welcome biscuit. My queen room was large and clean. In addition to bed, room was outfitted with large closet, dresser, 2 bedside tables with lamps In room table and chairs large enough to dine at. Traveled with my 2 adult sons and had joining rooms. Rooms had heating and air conditioning units. Nice little table with 2 chairs outside rooms. You'll need a car to get around. Would definitely stay here again. Older property which has been updated and well maintained. "

"This is a great property with 4 large bedrooms and ensuite. Two seperate living areas, seperate dining and deck areas make it ezy to unwind. Our group found it very functional and relaxing with OMG (great) views. Heaps of outdoor space, parking and access on the property is very easy. Samson is a great host, prompt response, always polite and wanting to do everything he can to make sure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Would recommend."
