"Our room was clean. The bed more comfortable than in other hotels. The restaurant-bar area is very nice, wait staff polite and friendly. Food and drinks very good. The agents at the desk were also friendly and polite and knowledgeable."

"Apparently I clicked "handicap" room by mistake. The clerk didn't ask me if it was correct or not. The handicap room shower area was rusty and scary looking. I took a pic and showed the clerk, he changed my room not handicapped, Thank you. The sofa cushions need to be replaced, I sank down when I sat there to eat. The showers need to be resurfaced; the tiling was clean , but tub and shower curtain need to be replaced. Bed was fine. "

Nos dieron una habitación muy olorienta y baño sucio.pedimos el cambio y con mala predisposición nos dieron otra y estaba un poco mejor. La limpieza no es buena. Por la noche en el pasillo mucho olor a marihuana. No es lo que esperaba y no se merece que tenga buenas calificaciones. "

"This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide...
