Lovely large room. Friendly staff, ideal location,Comfy bed. Didn’t like the smell of the air freshener being pumped around the hotel it was overpowering, had to put pillows at bottom of door to keep the smell out.

Good location, large focus on providing ID for all guests could have been a problem as it is not normally a requirement for uk citizens in the uk and even covers children who may not have photo id

Overall a lovely hotel. However, requires air-conditioning as didnt sleep at all with the hotel and room being so hot (despite a fan on consistently and windows open). Also took almost an hour to check in, due to key catd not working and us having to go back to reception to sort 3 times

Very hot, no AC! Had to open windows to cool down the room which made it impossible to sleep with noise on the street all night. Front desk could make no decisions unti manager came in on monday... maybe??? Checked out after one miserable sleepless night.

Nice place, great service!
This is a very nice hotel in a great location if you like it busy. The bed was excellent! There is plenty of nightlife and good places to eat, easy walk to the waterfront. Wish we could have stayed longer than a single night.

Brilliant hotel
Stayed for my wife’s birthday, room was absolutely stunning and very near to mathew street which was a bonus , brilliant deal on cocktails in the hotel bar 2 for 1 and Levi who made them for us was so helpful, good discount on car park as well, will definitely stay here again in the future 🙂

A stylish boutique hotel. Good size bedrooms. Only downside was the noise. There was a bottle bank outside our room which was used regularly until the early hours. Also street noise. Otherwise lovely hotel good location for Albert Docks and restaurants etc

We were having a night in Liverpool and this hotel caught our eye because it was a good price for a suite. Not disappointed. Room was large with a huge very comfy bed. Lovely bathroom with bath . Bathrobes supplied. Would recommend and will stay again . Staff were extremely friendly . Forgot to say it’s very central

I was surprised that the hotel did not have AC in the rooms However, we were there when the weather was cool and the room was comfortable. The large fan also kept the air moving.

I stayed in the Grand Suite. The bathroom sink was a let down as not a nice big one like in the pictures. It was a standard small sink, so you’d expect all the nice touches for a £400 room for two nights. Bath filled with shower water and glass panel leaked on to the floor. Again not things you’d expect to come across for a Suite. Charged late check out of £25 for 10 mins, due to not being able to find my back card, staff stood at the door whilst we checked room and staff didn’t even discuss this with me on the day.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the city centre, great location and gorgeous bedrooms. All staff who were working during our stay were fantastic, rose petals and Prosecco to mark our anniversary was a lovely touch. Highly recommend.
