Just awful. Late at night and outside the city, the restaurant ran out of food. Not onions, not ham... but food. Brilliant. Freezing cold. Slept fully dressed. Asked downstairs for someone to look at the room's heating and the barman said he'd be up to sort it. He never showed. Lights in the room not working. Booked this with a very early flight to avoid a walk from the Premier Inn in rain and thought this may be an uplift on Premier Inn but sadly mistaken. So bad it's funny now...

Don’t be put off by the entrance and way in the lifts are not very user friendly 2 diff ones needed but room was absolutely fine very clean and a nice modern bathroom comfy bed all that is required for a sleep over . I don’t do breakfast too early but there was an excellent choice . So that’s a bonus for a long day ahead .
