It was a nice experience with my family. Staff with welcoming smiles. It was the best customer service. Clean was outstanding. I can’t think to complain about anything. Overall outstanding. Special thanks to all the hard workers who work there, day and night to keep the place nice and special 😍

The room was tidy and the bed comfortable. The room carpet had stains on it. The bathroom led light was stobing and couldn't be fixed for my stay. Generally fine other than that. Restaurant had limited food choice and had run out of various foods.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to bus links to Liverpool City Centre and the motorway network. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food and unlimited coffee. Room was a good size and comfortable. A very good stay overall.

On the whole it was a pleasant stay , beds were comfy , room was warm , breakfast was good , the cold water tap wasn’t working, which we went and told them , when we arrived but it wasn’t fixed , they did bring up some cans of water for us! We would stay there again !

Hotel was lovely apart from bathroom , shower head was covered in mould and the bottom of shower screen ( black mould ) No fresh towels on the Sunday dispite being left on floor . We arrived back at the room Sunday evening to find a shhhh sign on the door which we didn’t not put there Front of house staff super friendly and helpful room 204
