"Great for a bed right next to Leicester Square. Was clean, staff were nice and bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice but the shower wet the whole bathroom floor and didn’t drain back into the shower which was a bit annoying but just put a towel down."

"Our stay was outstanding, the hotel was clean, the decor was current, the restaurant and bars were comfortable with a great variety on the menu, all affordable. The food was delicious and fresh. The room was comfortable, clean and wel maintained and above all else the staff were absolutely wonderful, every single member of staff we encountered were friendly, polite, courteous, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and all seemed very happy. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in London over the years...
