The space
We are really excited to welcome guests to our home from home in Llanelli. Your accommodation is a short drive or 20-minute walk to the beach and an ideal place to stay to explore the Llanelli and Carmarthenshire areas. We have enjoyed preparing the accommodation for our guests. We are now looking forward to guests being able to enjoy everything that the property and surrounding area has to offer.

Our property sleeps up to 6 guests. It is located within Llanelli town centre and enjoys a great position for exploring nearby beaches. The property is ideally suited to welcome contractors working in the area.

Note that the flat is set across two floors (first and second floors) and is above a dog-friendly coffee shop. This will prove a popular treat for your morning coffee!

You will enter through the main front door. A staircase will take you to the first floor. As you walk in, the spacious and modern kitchen will be to your right. This is fully equipped with everything that you need for home dining.
Large appliances include a freestanding fridge/ freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher as well as a washing machine and wine fridge. Smaller appliances include the kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen has double doors (locked) which bring in lots of great light. Guests can also benefit from a breakfast bar which seats two.

The open-plan living/ dining room can be found next door. With a large TV screen and additional entertainment with the PS4 (games also provided), you are also welcome to bring your own. Here, guests can relax on the large and comfortable corner sofa. The room provides a great entertaining space with the addition of the dining table (seats 6).

The bathroom and two bedrooms can be found on the second floor. There is also a great space for those who may need to work while away, a small desk and comfortable desk chair provide a space away from the main living area to focus on work.

Bedroom 1- has one king-size bed and one single bed. The bedroom also benefits from a large wardrobe space providing guests plenty of storage space.

Bedroom 2- has three single beds as well as large storage space.

The bathroom is spacious with a bath and overhead shower, WC and sink.

We are happy to welcome one well-behaved dog although guests will need to be aware that there is no private outside space and the property is in a town centre location. There are several lovely walks nearby and most beaches nearby also have dog-friendly sections. The Millennium coastal path walk is a popular choice for locals and a great choice for walking with stunning sea views.

There will be some complimentary tea/ coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey. We will also supply miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. These are supplied by a local company called Myddfai. Other items included are washing machine pods, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a few days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are several supermarkets nearby.

PARKING-
Note that there is not parking at the property.

There is parking directly outside the flat on the main road but spaces cannot be guaranteed as are not designated for the flat. Parking outside is only permitted for 30 minutes.

There is parking within a 5-minute walk from the flat at Asda. Parking can be booked ahead of your arrival through a company called Horizon. You can access the car park 24/ 7. A booking link to Horizon will be provided in your guest manual.

Parking charges and booing can be made online but to give an idea on costs:
3 days- £7.50
Week- £17.50
Month- £30


There is also a multi-storey car park directly opposite but that closes at 7 pm.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT-

Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this could disrupt other guests checking in.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys.

TRAVEL COT/ HIGH CHAIR- A travel cot and high chair are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for these to be delivered to the property ahead of your arrival. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet.

Note that the property is a floor flat above a coffee shop.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
