"Wonderful place to stay, overlooking the estuary and castle. Would recommend keeping the curtains closed if you have a shared terrace room - we had a few people drifting past taking photos of the castle when we were not dressed for such guests. "

"We had a truly lovely stay at The Marlborough Hotel, made even more special by its dog-friendly policy which meant our cavapoo could join us on the trip — a huge plus for pet owners! The room had everything we needed and very clean. We had a lovely room with a bay window and two large chairs overlooking the pier. The hospitality was second to none — staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay, which made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight: a table was set up for us in the bar area (as dogs aren't allowed in the main restaurant which is perfectly understandable), and our order was taken with care. The menu offered a wide selection, catering to all tastes, and the service was just as impressive as the food. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend The Marlborough Hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and pet-friendly hotel"

"From start to finish, our stay at Ioxora Hotel was exceptional. Parking was excellent and the well kept surroundings created a great first impression. The reception area had a warm, welcoming ambience, and we were greeted with a genuine smile by the friendly bearded gentleman on check in, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was outstanding, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The Smeg appliances were a nice touch and impeccably clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the temperature controlled rooms made for a perfect night’s sleep. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. Ioxora Hotel will definitely be our choice again in the future."
