"Property was very spacious, it was nice having an extra living space/games room for the kids to play on their console. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Lovely surroundings and close to Snowdon. Quiet, even though on a reasonably busy road.
The only issues were that the tv had an annoying blue spot in the middle of the screen, the WiFi didn’t reach to the far end of the building where downstairs bedrooms are but 4G signal was good. The stairs were a bit creaky so could wake up other...

"Clean warm nice shower beautiful view warm and welcoming staff they were kind and compassionate as my husband had just lost his mother who was in a local hospital which was the reason to visit Llandudno prior to booking in and said if we need anything to just ask
Breakfast was great a good start to the day plenty of choice. Nicely presented the restaurant staff were attentive pleasant and friendly. "

If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."

Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn ’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend.
