"Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The room was well equiped with a 3/4 sized fridge that was super cold and it also had a microwave and a single element cook top. The night markets are next door to the hotel. Mini- marts across the street, heaps of places to eat, drink. The promenade along the beach front is really nice to walk along and the area felt safe."

"This is a great property right on the beach (well, it’s across four chaotic lanes of traffic, but as close to the beach as you can get in the centre of Nha Trang). Property is modern and clean. We were upgraded and enjoyed a room on the 16th floor with an amazing ocean view. The best part of the room was the shower which converts into a good sized jacuzzi. The water pressure was perfect. "Loved staying here. Great staff and amenities. The only reason I didn’t rate them 5 stars is the fact they charged my card twice. Yes, this was fixed promptly with a cash refund, but it shouldn’t have happened at all. I mean who charges a credit card on day 4 of a 6 day stay? Just weird. Anywho. "The property on itself was pretty good. Customer service with present and staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was with the workout facilities. They were not very friendly on the fourth floor. They were not very helpful and seems like they were put out by people from the hotel using their facilities. This is also where the pool was, and the staff there were very unfriendly and very unhelpful"
