"My room was very clean, the heater worked. Front office seemed never to be open, but that could be due to the time of year (November). Very quiet. WiFi available and working. I would have liked to have had Kleenex and a wider tea selection, but there was tea and coffee, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, etc No ironing board and no iron. Could have used more hangars.
