"A previous review mentioned they never got the pool code. I sent a message before arrival about said code and was told I would receive via email day before. Obviously code was not in the email so I sent another message. At that point I was given the code for the neighborhood gate but not the pool or the bathrooms at the pool. The back door was broken and one of the bathroom doors wouldn’t close. More disappointed in the company running this rental than the unit itself "
