"Great location next to the river trail. Easy walk to the Podium, where my kid was competing in a track meet. Also a quick walk to downtown and Riverfront Park, so lots to do in the area. The Van Gogh exhibit is across the parking lot. Much better value than the other hotels in the area. It is an older apartment complex that has been renovated.
