"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. "I planned this little get away for me and my grown kids as a treat for us post divorce and invited a girlfriend of mine last minute. It was an absolute amazing trip. The home was serene, comfortable, and perfect. It had everything we needed. Beautiful views. Close to everything. Beautiful decor. A gorgeous kitchen which we spent a lot of quality time in! "Easy to find location. I grew up with a vacation home around the corner, which is why i chose this place. Walk to the village within minutes for shops, restaurants and grocery store. Place was clean and presented well. Not sure why the screen room was missing its screen or why the top level tv room lights didnt work. As for the entry door step, i suggest for safety reasons you add another 2x4 for a little more length for stepping out of the doorway. Other than that, enjoyed our stay....

"Dean took care of a couple of minor things otherwise our stay was very comfy"

"We really enjoyed the convenience of having our own space while we were visiting family and friends. The only negative thing I have to say is that I use a CPAP machine and I had a very hard time finding the plug behind the bed. And in the bedroom there were not enough usable plugs to plug in all our devices."

"Nicely furnished. Very unclean. We spent the weekend in the home, blinds very dirty. Floor didn't look vacuumed. Lost something down in the couch. Found lots of stuff there. InstructionsFor fridge would be helpful. Couldn't figure out how to get water or ice. One drawer looked like food and packaging and dirt was acceptable. One of the counter chairs is broken and we almost fell out of itDon't enjoy paying 200 for a clean place to stay that isn't. "

"This home has to be the nicest place we stayed in for all our travels. Not only is it the perfect, quiet and peaceful location - the home is lovingly cared for and maintained and it’s obvious. Sparkling clean, welcoming and stunningly decorated - it far exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, Ash the maintenance supervisor invited us for early check-in. Wow! We felt welcomed and cared for. I can’t thank k the owners enough for providing such an ideal place for rest and relaxation....

The views are gorgeous and enjoyed waking up to the sun rising over the lake. And at night we curled up cozy next to the fireplace while playing charades and watching a movie. "We thought this place looked fun and interesting and we were right! Every room was unique and the owner gave us a personal tour of his orchard. He even had props for us to use when taking our picture with his dinosaur statues!"
