We stayed for 2 nights, location was easy for tube and walking to London Zoo via Primrose Hill. We were lucky to be on 4th floor with a fantastic view of the city. We found the bed a bit firm, but the staff went above and beyond to add a duvet to soften the bed and also gave extra pillows. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Great hotel in fab location

Excellent hotel for the price in London. Great base to explore from and close to cafes and places to eat and the park. Would stay here again.

Great place

One of the best budget hotels in london in a great area. Clean and well looked after and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I Work a lot in london and will be staying again SOon

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here many times and the staff are very helpful and kind. The prices are very reasonable and I just stick to staying at this hotel as it’s very comfortable.

This was a nice quiet very affordable hotel. Staff were very helpful. We had a lovely time here! Transport links were good and local coffee shops and Tesco supermarket. I would definitely recommend and would be more than happy to stay there again in London

Wouldve made sense to warn us the alarms would be activated if we showered without the window open!! Imagine the reception dude having to see my nakedness questioning what were doing at 4am just because we wanted to shower!! Cheap and clean would stay again

Breakfast was the let down 80%

Hotel room was excellent staff need to learn to be more professional breakfast £11 50 it wasn't worth £5 50. Wont stay again.

A tired and old hotel

We were given a room that was next to the lift shaft. Kept us awake all night. The mattress was old and worn. The shower had mould and a open drain so the smell came up.

Bad night

Check in was fine , then it went downhill from there , the room looked tired with worn paintwork and was dark and dismal . I don't understand how you can put a room right by the lift as the noise made it very hard to sleep , I can definitely say I wouldn't stay here again
