We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. The staff were professional and also polite and respectful. The security guards were so welcoming and knowledgeable with the area. I want to give a special shout out to them. They really made our daily outings easier and more straightforward. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Need a stay in london close to travel amenities The location is perfect right in the heart of Westfield Checking is staff bright and cheerful. Did try to assist as i wanted a bath on my room nit a shower , however, they were fully booked Breakfast staff was amazing. Especially Claudio. The other recepption staff Monica and Jayesh may need a little more acknowlegment to their guests. Overall friendly team , perfect location and a good room

Lovely hotel no complaints apart from the fact it would have been nice to have communication that a football match was on. We couldn’t get to the hotel post code due to road closures. Very disappointing.
