Second time staying at this place. Got a small ensuite room with toilet. Found the bed comfortable.The filling of the duvet had clumped together in some areas. Good customer care and service from the reception staff. Fairly clean although some small dirty marks noted on the wall and curtain. Overall a good guest house

I have stayed here 3 times for a week or more and have always had a great experience. Clean comfortable and quiet. No issues. The cleaning staff on this trip were very accommodating and friendly and I greatly appreciate their efforts and the water and snacks.

Nothing it’s a guest and not an hotel so hotels facilities aren’t expected to be found there. It’s worthy to note that it serves the purpose of where to lay one’s head and very close to practically all needs.

Stayed here for 8 nights and loved every single one of them. Perfect for a solo traveler like myself - within 5 minute walk to the tube station, fantastic room with everything you need, fridge, and very friendly staff. Only complaint is there isn't any AC so depending on the time of year you stay here it could get a bit hot with only a fan - but for October weather in the UK it was absolutely perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough!

What a great little find all the reviews do it justice . I needed a bed so nothing fancy to pick up a friend from Heathrow. My single food was small but had a safe and fridge and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was simple and there is an electric gate for overnight so your car is secure. Friendly staff very clean can’t fault the Imperial will use again superb!

Is very nice clean GuestroomHouse. Rooms are small but clean and neat. Even though the bathroom was down the hall, it still was very nice. The staff is excellent also. Also easy walk to a bus stop.
