The hotel was very welcoming and the room was of a good size and clean. The shower and bathroom was clean and tidy. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Very easy to get to train station.Ok for the price I suppose as only staying 1 night. Carpet was minging. Generally old and shabby. Beds were ok. Staff at check in were friendly and professional.

This place had very few accommodations. Pillows were basically nonexistent. The Wi-Fi never worked service for a cell phone did not work once you were in your room meaning you needed the Wi-Fi, which did not work. Also, upon checking in the front desk did not let me use my card And made me walk to an ATM to get an exchange rate and turn in cash. Checking out they tried to keep the cash and told me it would go back on my card that they did not let me use.

3 bed rooms, convemient and cost effective. No seats at the reception. No outside bathroom or waiting area. After check out, they don't care much. I think making that belogingness feeling is to an extend important. I missed that. Or else worth for the money paid

Do Nốt Stay at this Hotel, Avoid At All Cost! - I paid continental bfast but non provided, I requested a refund but refused by hotels(dot)com. - Too noisy - 11am the checkout time but cleaners knocking at my door at 9:30am - Staffs are arguing infront of customers - TV not working - Room is very cold, no heater working

Friendly staff, we were 'upgraded' from lucky8 to Best Western Greater London, which is 2 blocks away. Check-in took long to enable the room cards, but they work;-). Our stay was during one of the hottest Londen days, 30degrees celcius, and nog airco in the hotel rooms. So we had a very warm night with only air ventilation. Outside construction workers worked till past 23pm and that made an awful lot of noise. I would expect that this is normally not the case as the rooms are located at the quiet side of the building.

Would not recommend. No AC/fan during a heat wave! To make matters worse when it was time to show me my room I was taken to a hotel that was not the one I booked under the guise that it’s their “sister” hotel. To make matters worse I had to pay a “deposit”‘that instead of being returned to me during check out I was told would be returned me after 5 working days. The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I don’t see myself returning. Better if staying at ibis budget or some other hotel within a similar price range but much better quality.

This property refused to check my guess in due to the incorrect name on the reservation. After expedia called make them aware of the change. The property front desk associate could not change the the name or add the guest. The property then refused to give a refund. My employee who was a female was stranded and kicked out on the street at 12:00am in the morning. The property manager and front desk is shameful , disgraceful and greedy. If the did not provide a service they should of had enough decency to refund the booking. Poor customer service. Management should train there front desk. The way expedia handled the issue is also sad.

I unfortunately spent 3 years living in temporary accommodation and this hotel clearly houses people in need of temp housing. Room was meant to be superior and it was far from that! Had a random fridge in my room that was too big to fit anywhere! Noisy all night with banging doors and trains. They continuously take preauthorisations for rooms and security deposits that can take up to 5 days to return. States there is parking ?? Yes 3 spaces that were continuously filled not bad as there are 20 rooms. Avoid Avoid avoid
