I'm not sure why people mention that the homeless people make the area feel uncomfortable or unsafe. They are people too, and no one has ever bothered me while staying there many times. Plus, the Ale House is nearby and Morrissey House is across the street!

Pro: It was close to downtown. Reasonable upgrade upgrade to Junior suite but bed was uncomfortable. Were there for a week and had left sign on door a number of times to have the room refreshed and it wasn't done till our last day after i went to the reception to ask for it as well . Wife felt very unsafe with the homeless who seemed to be roaming freely in the undergroundparki

Lication siuted our needs. The Morrisey Restaurant across the street was great. The beds took a little getting used to. The rooms are a little dated but adequately appointed. Breakfast was okay but they ran out of orange juice and sandwiches. Front desk staff and room cleaning personel were good

While the decor is dated and the check-in is slow, this hotel does offer half fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Perfect for anyone in town for a sports tournament. Parking is an extra cost, which I did not see noted when booking. At least the parking lot is covered, though. Breakfast is pretty good. Lots of variety.

The property is in a really bad neighborhood of the city where there is a lot of homelessness and drugs, the parking garage is a place where the homeless stays warm and releives themselves. The continental breakfast was horrible, food was not good. The rooms were nice, the fitness center was basic but got the job done.
