Newly-built hotel with nice room amenities, including coffee pods, nice lighting and comfortable beds. It's really quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. It's far from central London, but quite close to the tube, bus station and Stratford international. It was a great fit for me as I'm constantly traveling to Stratford for work. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this, especially for work trips.

The property relatively okay it was clean, what made me upset was the fact complementary coffee pods come with the room, I have booked the room for a week, over 980.00 Pound, The next morning after the maid had cleaned the room I noticed that she did not put a coffee pot back into the coffee pot holder for another cup of coffee, I then walked and talked to the front desk downstairs, which the response to me was that is only complimentary for your first day If you like more pies you would have to purchase them, what I said that if I am staying for a week and spent $980 pound on the rooms then every day you should still have the same experience as the very first day everyday ,was the same in price so you should still get one pod for a cup of coffee, a then told me that's again you need to purchase it, I replied so for me to get the same experience every day even though I'm staying here a week spent all this money I need to check out of the room every single day and check back in to get the free pod for coffee, they cannot answer my question. Another thing that bothered me was the service was not friendly most of the time when the males were on duty is standing outside or when you walk in they would not greet you say hello to you they were just stare at you as you went to the elevator, therefore I will not recommend this property to my friends or my business associates partners recommending this property, overall experience felt like unwelcome

Great location and very new property with a great team on site. Rooms had enough space and the kitchen was a bonus. Only issues were poorly designed shower, with very difficult access and electronic lighting controls, that kept turning the lights on in the middle of the night (sometimes 3 or 4 times). Happened in both rooms. Couldn't recommend until they get it sorted out.

Really lovely hotel. Small room but had everything you needed and very clean. Strange there was a cheese grater.. The area was a bit odd and it was far to travel as a line was closed when we went, but that is not the hotels fault.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jack helped us when the shower was stopped up. The area is safe to walk around abd some late night food options. Train is very close by too.

Service was amazing especially the housekeeping staff. They went out of their way to make the bed, replace the towels and even clean up the sink when we forgot to wash the dishes we used the night before. Conveniency for public transportation (7-10 min walk to the train and bus station) as well as the shopping centre (5 min walk to the Stratford shopping centre and 7-10 min walk to Stratford Westfield). There were a lot of food options as well and can accommodate to any dietary requirements.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The room has a very well thought out and useful layout. The train station is a quick 7-9 minute walk which was super convenient with access to both train and tube. It is at the border of zone 2 and 3, so rather far from the center where all the sights are. But you can’t beat it for the price. Very comfortable.
