"Older building so a bit cold and damp. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Street parking only but we walked everywhere so only parked once. "

"Reception check in, housekeeping was very good. Staff in restaurant & Bar were super good. Breakfast & other meals were delicious. We had an excellent stay. Also lady at reception gave us directions to a pathway alongside the Foyle which took us into the City, there is a bus service which stops just before Caw roundabout if you don't fancy the walk back.Hotel is a hidden gem.There is a busy roundabout just before access to the Hotel but the pathway into the city is really pleasant & gives a good walk. There is good access for cars over the Foyle bridge to the City, Letterkenny erc."

Our car got towed (no fault of our own) and the staff jumped into action. Flawless resolution to what could have been a stressful situation; very much appreciated!"
