"The hotel is a good business hotel, functional, clean and friendly, though is a little old now. Not totally user friendly for wheelchair users with 2 ramps on the ground floor. It is in the town centre and a safe area, but not a lot of facilities within walking distance. Restaurants are largely a taxi ride away. Fine for a couple of nights stay. Justifies a 3*/4* rating as restaurant has limited range in keeping with most hotels of this type. People usually go out to local restaurants. "

"O quarto não tinha banheiro privativo como especificado. Veio alguém bater na minha porta me incomodar e fui tratado com imensa arrogância e desrespeito pelos funcionários ! Quando questionei sobre o banheiro no quarto fui taxado de mentiroso pois disseram que não era verdade que estava especificando banheiro privativo no site ! Péssima experiência "
