Não havia água no quarto (chuveiro/descarga/pia). Tomei banho gelado em outro quarto, pois o chuveiro nao tinha agua quente, depois o problema da falta de água foi resolvido, mas nao era problema de falta de água na cidade, era algo do hotel mesmo.

Tive a infelicidade de ser locado na ala velha do hotel, que onde tudo é muito precário, 2 tomadas no quarto, televisão ruim e uma coisa que foi o motivo da minha péssima avaliação: as portas ficam batendo durante a noite quando venta, e la venta muito, entao se eu viagem a negocios, quase nao fico no quarto, e quando fico as portas batem, isso nao é agradável. Mas fora isso foi OK, atendimento ok e café da manhã ótimo

Não fosse os funcionários, seria péssimo.
Funcionários da recepção se esmeram no atendimento. Porém o café da manhã, tomei próximo ao final do período estabelecido pelo Hotel. Mesas estavam sujas, com louça usada ainda na mesa e/ou com migalhas de pão de refeições anteriores. Os alimentos praticamente tinham se esgotado, apesar de serem repostos caso solicitasse. Também não havia talheres disponíveis para se coletar a maioria dos alimentos.

Uma boa escolha para quem está de passagem pela cidade. O hotel está em reforma e ampliação, mas isto não atrapalha as condições de hospedagem. O café da manhã é bom, mas nada fenomenal. Pessoal do atendimento super atencioso.

Da confusão que eles fizeram e eu tive que sair antes da minha estadia e eles queria que eu pagasse a diferença de valores . Por que meu esposo não estava agendando pra ficar comigo no Hotel Mas aconteceu um imprevisto e ele teve que ficar comigo no hotel . Mas eu paguei a diferença dele No sábado no dia que entrei E depois pegaram do expedia Outro valor pra descontar Sem meu concetimento E no domingo que eu ia mudar de quarto desci com todas as minhas coisas E eles disseram pra eu voltar pro quarto que estava tudo certo E eu disse que não estava Por eu paguei só uma noite pro meu esposo e eu perguntei duas vezes , e eles disseram que estava tudo certo E eu voltei com a mala pro 3 andar com meu esposo E nisso meu esposo Achou que estava tudo certo e então voltamos pro quarto , como disseram que estava tudo certo Meu esposo não foi embora e continuou no quarto Mas tudo por que eles disseram que estava certo e eu disse vejam bem Isso não está certo . E acabou que meu esposo cancelou a ida dele pra voltar pra minha cidade e aí dormiu cmg . E na segunda feira ele perdeu o ônibus dele pra ir pra embora por causa desse problema no hotel que eu não gostei.
