Very clean staff was very polite and very helpful,cannot fault the team there,again very good rooms clean and spotless
If I had one complain it would be that we had a noise above our room and we was on the 7th floor and so we really don’t know what the noise was but sometimes it would last for hrs other times about 1 hr
But apart from that brillant and we shall use again

The check-in process was slow. The room had one dining chair missing from the table and the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear the lift and also streetnoise as the window did not tightly close. The space was great and the breakfast was good.

So having arrived at 3pm i got settled got to the gym etc, just about to cook dinner as the apartments have a kitchen and i hear the door lock go, and a lady with her bags enters my room. Having both looked shocked we went downstairs (we were not together to make it clear) to find out why we were both allocated the same room, to this day I still have no idea how one member of staff allocated me a room and another member of staff didnt know I was in there. I was certianly not impressed and the lady wasnt either, if it had been the opposite way round and I had walked into her room would have been a much worse story, poor indeed...
