This hotel is located in a beautiful historic building just a few blocks from the Zocolo. It has a charming sitting areas and a wonderful rooftop restaurant where they will make you fresh table side salsa. Our room was large, very clean and very well maintained. The best part of our stay was due to the staff. All very friendly, warm and caring. Highest recommendation.

Staff was wonderful. Area is great. Breakfast and downstairs cafe were great. Easy to get uber. Place is tired and I would liken it to a Best Western. No insulation or double paned windows, so it can be noisy.

I don’t like that they don’t respect the VIP Expedia offer me and use excuses like I’m check in early and check out late the check out is 12 and I check out at 11:30 around there is not late
