Incredible and thoughtful renovation in this beautiful building that was a grocery store a hundred years ago. The Outdoor Courtyard is a shared space with other units in the building, but offers ample entertainment options like a putting green, grill, and sitting area!

Unique and attractive space offers that city vibe that you're looking for when visiting Louisville! This historic building underwent a thoughtful renovation to bring it back to life. 2 bedrooms - 2 full baths - and three beds ensures there's plenty of room for your group. Thoughtfully appointed, yet free of clutter!

Parking - parking is on street only, but it's free and you shouldn't have a problem finding a place close to the building.

While I am not one to write negative reviews, at this point I have no choice. My girlfriends and I arrived at the apartment this last Thursday only to be very disappointed. It was beyond dirty. There was minimal cleaning done between us and the last guests, if any. There were coffee beans on the floor near the kitchen garbage, someone else’s fake nail on the bathroom floor, tags on the countertops (which were definitely not wiped down), dust bunnies covering the vents and a flashing light in the kitchen, resulting in us needing to hangout in the dark. And no where even close to enough paper goods for the weekend (three toilet rolls for four girls for 4 days?)! For us to even be comfortable showering and sleeping there, we had to spend roughly $70 total on cleaning supplies. The least the host could do for the mess is refund the cleaning supplies, which would not even cover the inconvenience and the trouble we had to go though to disinfect and dust the entire place. The host did not respond to Thursday’s message until the hour before our checkout on Sunday, stating that he would refund the cleaning fee as I have never in my life booked a place that I had to deep clean and buy my own paper goods for… it is now Tuesday and no refund has been issued.
