"Great staff, friendly and helpful. Always spotlessly clean. My room had a door onto the balcony on the famed Duval Street which was a great way to watch the Holiday Parade. The balcony is also where the complimentary breakfast is served. I was fortunate enough to have coffee making facilities and a microwave in my room but it was nice seeing the city wake up as you took your first coffee. "Wonderful stunning hotel! This is a real gem. Fantastic warm and friendly staff who were very welcoming. Very impressive room which was clean and tidy. Cooked breakfast's were perfect. Lovely grounds to relax in and only 5min walk to Duval Street. Very highly recommended!"

"We stayed in Nassau Suite.. facing building upper right front…. So close to everything, no need for transportation. Unit was as advertised, all the needed necessities. Parking space onsite limited but had no issues…. There is also a paid lot close buy if needed. Dryer works best on manual settings. Overall satisfied and enjoyed our stay"

"We travel every year to KW in the Fall and have stayed in a variety of places. This is our favorite place so far. Perfect size for our group of 6 and located near everywhere we like to hang out. We don’t stay in our units a lot because we are out and about most of the day and evening but this was a great place to return to after breakfast or at the end of a long active day.
