"I booked a studio suite at the Radisson Wall Street. I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away. I was very upset that no notice was ever provided to me and in fact had received a reminder email of my Radisson booking only a...

"After booking we read lots of negative reviews but found the check in staff to be lovely and welcoming. The room was large and more than we expected for NYC, a little run down but clean and had lots of storage space. Iron and board, and hairdryer provided. "
