"Overall 4.5 stars. The house/villa itself needs a bit of checking up on like under the back deck and head the beat in a carpet nail on the stairs. Also the master suite backs into the edge of the property and you can hear the traffic outside very clearly all day+night, it was not the best for sleeping once people really hit the road in the early morning. The rest was great. Large beds and TVs, full kitchen and grill, patio seating was nice. But really it was about the outside time. Hardly anyone...

"Beautiful, wonderful, perfect little beach house. We enjoyed our time fully. The home was well-appointed, comfortable, CLEAN, and very serene. We would absolutely stay here again! Our only suggestions: please provide garbage bags, laundry detergent, and additional baking pans. :) this would make things a bit easier on a family who utilizes the kitchen and laundry. Overall tho, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend."

"I'll start off by saying that I have stayed in many places via VRBO and have never had such great hosts as we had in Rob and Regina!! From answering my questions when I originally booked, to providing such helpful information leading up to our stay - they were both top notch! The bungalow is absolutely perfect - beautifully decorated and no detail spared. It was very clean and had everything that we needed and more! My only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer! But we will be back!...

"Checkin was easy, good communication with host. This area is a great place for vacationing families since it is located at Hawks Cay. Condo was clean, and appeared just as photos in listing. Note that both bathrooms are located upstairs."

"This was maybe the most relaxing family vacation that we’ve ever had. We had 6 adults and 5 kids ages 4-10. It was so nice to just lay on the deck next to the pool while the kids played. The rooms were comfy. The local food was wonderful and the sunsets were gorgeous. "
